• We are waiting for an imminent NJDEP decision concerning the Liberty State Park Development Corporation.

• We are waiting for the final version of the Bergen Arches "best uses" study. According to Dec 6th Newark Star Ledger, Jamie Fox will weight it more in favor of mass transit options.

• One of my new group members is currently researching air quality issues on the west side (Hackensack River) of Jersey City. We aim to organize an informational meeting for the local community, perhaps inviting a PSEG rep (a generating station is located here) to speak, early in 2003.
