• Resolution to support a county-wide feasibility study to search for additional funding for an expanded use for Light-rail Transit systems in and out of Newark.

• Resolution to create a county-wide energy conservation committee to study ways of conserving energy usage in municipal, school and the private sector old and new construction.

• Participate by invitation of the Economic Development Corporation of Essex County to inventory potential brown fields sites for future development and/or parkland.
