residents, human and
otherwise. The natural wonders of this ecosystem are denied to these
residents when
pollution and illegal development contaminate or block access to the
waters of the
estuary. Join us as we learn about the Public Trust Doctrine, and
the legal concept
of Natural Resource Damages, from the NY/NJ Baykeeper, Andy Willner,
who will
explain what citizens can do to reclaim their rights to an unspoiled
estuary system.
