Attention all high school students!

Did you know that the biggest source of energy in school buildings is the lighting, which accounts for 30% of the school's overall energy use? Do you want to take action in your school to combat the growing problem excessive energy consumption? Do you want to *make a difference* in your own community?

Join the Students Saving Energy network today, and let us provide you the resources you need to start your own energy-saving initiative!

SSE is comprised of a network of students who want to initiate energy-saving projects in their schools and collaborate to help their schools achieve sustainability. With this group effort, we can work together to spread a powerful message about student-led energy activism across the nation. We're reaching out to as many schools as we possibly can to gather participation, including YOURS!

Joining this network is very simple. You donít necessarily have to be involved with your environmental club, or even have one for that matter (We could help you start one though!) All that is required is the passion and the motivation for change. If you want to make a difference in your school, then youíve come to the right people. All you have to do is submit a Sustainability Pledge for your school. We will contact you right away to give you the necessary resources to start an energy project!

To learn more, visit:

Step 1: Click on the "Get Started!" tab

Step 2: Fill out a Sustainability Pledge for your school

Step 3: Wait for our email to help you begin your own initiative!
